Slip & Fall
“Slip and fall” is a type of claim or case based on the injuries a person sustains from slipping (or tripping) and falling due to a dangerous condition inside our outside a building structure.
A slip and fall claim maintains that the property owner was negligent in allowing some dangerous condition to exist that caused the slip or trip.
Common Examples of Slip and Fall Injuries:
