Employment Discrimination 101
According to federal law “it is illegal for an employer to discriminate against an employee or prospective employee on the basis of his or her race, religion, national origin, gender, or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability.” Any employer who does so is not only guilty of employment discrimination, but also subject to an employment discrimination claim.
